Rotation diet: general instructions for men

Men follow a rotation plan during Week 1 that includes approximately 1200 calories a day for three days, followed by 1500 calories a day for the next four days. In Week 2, you eat approximately 1800 calories a day for the entire week. In Week 3, you repeat the 1200/1500-calorie rotation. You can repeat the menus of Week 1 during Week 3.
